I am having a couple of problems with a Radion XR30 G3 Pro.
First off the light will not stick to a schedule. It also states in the information section for all details about the light, CLOCK POWER - NO. I have another four ecotech products and the all state CLOCK POWER - YES.
Secondly, every time the light must reboot for any reason the fan will then come on at maximum speed. I then have to re-program the light over and over until it no longer runs at maximum. This has become very frustrating now that I have to reprogram due to the scheduling issue I am having.
I have spoken with Ecotechs support service and they told me if firmware is up to date then to replace the fan. I have a good feeling this information is not correct. I have a strong feeling it may be a motherboard fault.
Has anyone experienced the same issue and may be able to assist me further?
