Have you tried using the Coral Lab mixed reef tank setting? What were you using before you got your Gen 4s? How many lights do you have are you hanging or using the RMS arms?

Any zoas reaching? I've always used that to see how the lighting intensity is, now I use a par meter.
I know this isn't helpful because you're using the new radions but this should give you an ideal of what par might be. Of course there is always shadowing and it's really only directly under the puck.

LPS and softies, I would do 75% UV, 100% blues, 30% white, 10% red/green, and work up slowly over a few weeks from 30 to 60% intensity, and see how they fare.
Since the new lens is quite a bit "less intense" than the 80/90 degree lenses, probably not too much to worry about, but since we're not talking about sps here, they'll do alright going slower.

Wow my apologies on not following the forums while on vacation...
For starters never equate one 150 watt light with another and in addition the individual LEDs matter the Violet 410-420nm AKA UV we use is over twice as bright as the generic import 3 watt.
I keep my LPS and Softies under a 400 watt MH Equivalent. I also have a Red Carpet in this same 30" Deep tank... Whenever switching lights borrow or rent a PAR or LUX meter to establish a baseline...
Here is a recent pic of our 10 foot office tank with 7 Sirius XTCs. PAR on the sand bed is 230...
We would of needed 10-12 Ecotech Radions to achieve the same light intensity on our 30" deep tank.
