I have two gen 2 on my 100 gallon. I only have live rock right now but will be adding corals this week. I keep hearing belching stories from LEDs . How high should I hang them?

8-12" off the water. In your tank, I think I would move them toward the front of the glass as well as move them about 6" closer to each other to overcome some of the dark places I am seeing. Nice rock work!

BTW, I would be surprised on that tank if you ever have a need to run them more than 75% intensity
