Radions and Apex help

Ok so I updated the apex and wxm module, then calibrated the probes and started plugging everything in. I originally had both Radions plugged into ports 1 and 2 on the apex, then I went to attach them through the WMX. Now on my dashboard, I have this...

I have Radion options AND light options. Also, it says radions are "missing". I then double checked and they clearly are still above my tank...nobody stole them. I need help

I think I remember having to go into the apex control panel (not fusion) and remove them then re-add them.
