Raise nutrients with fish fertilizer

Has anyone tried to raise nutrients (po4 & no3 in particular) with fish fertilizer?

I assume since its ingredients are nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and oxygen basically that it would be safe.... but thought I would double check
