I have a 30 gallon bow front. 40lbs of live rock and CUC. Ready for fish and looking for some recommendations.

you want a "community" tank or "predator" tank?
both are great choices, but you generally don't want to mix both.

click on "Marine Fish".
on the left side under "Categories" choose "Minimum Aquarium Size".
that's a good starting point.
