Red Sea Reefer 525 Seams

I have a Red Sea Reefer 525 XL that's just been taken down. A close inspection has me questioning the health of a vertical seam. I would like to sell the tank stand and sump, but not if this is the beginning of seam failure. Any opinions?

That is how some of my seams looked before my Red Sea failure. It looks like this, then it starts to form little bubbles deeper and deeper into the seam.

Not looking good. I'd probably sell it ultra cheap and point to threads here being very transparent about it...

Or I'd turn it in to a terrarium.
