Merry Christmas to you and your family! And everyone else here that makes R2R so much fun, Merry Christmas!
Aaaaawe yeah! Thank you!CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Black is fine. I used to do neon green buy, I'll just go with Black.@DarthRaiderBob any color preference? I need to order filament anyways.
Congrats! To update everyone here, my wife's test came back positive for pregnancy! I hear there is a 9 month recovery for that... She has been morning sick pretty bad this go-round. Me and my daughter have been teasing her that we are going to see who can make her barf fastest. "Want a cookie? Better put ketchup on it..." The daughter thinks it is a hilarious idea, the wife thinks we should both go play in the street lol. We have never finished a round though, we both stop when we get the laser death stare.
Do you use the Nitrate HR or the LR? The one with just sachets of reagent or the one that uses liquid too? I think i am going to run 2 sets of 3, that can be joined in the middle and be one shelf if you want. Any particular order you want them in? Any requests for verbage? Like "DarthRaiderBob" or any other markings and a font suggestion?4 would be good. I test alk, ph, nitrate and phosphate regularly. I have calcium and Magnesium as well but, those are the four i use all the time. Id like it to hang on the inside of my stand door for storage. I have a piano lid style canopy so it makes a nice shelf that I work on.
Would it make any sense to assign a name to each slot? i.e. - Nitrate... etc? If nothing else, it might look cool.Do you use the Nitrate HR or the LR? This is what I've got currently, just a blank slate until I figure out the reagents, but it will be very similar to the one you linked earlier.

The cuvette holders will drain out the bottom though.

Let me know if you want something different or have something else you want added/altered etc :)
Oh yeah, for sure. I will add that when he tells me what order he wants them in :)Would it make any sense to assign a name to each slot? i.e. - Nitrate... etc? If nothing else, it might look cool.
Edit:
Nice job!
I just run the one with reagents. No liquids involved. That one seems complicated to me lol. As far as order, nitrate, phosphate, ph on one, alk cal and mag on the other. The DarthRaiderBob is really cool.Do you use the Nitrate HR or the LR? The one with just sachets of reagent or the one that uses liquid too? Sweet! You are very welcome, glad that it has helped :) I think a sump makes a lot of things much easier, I think you will love it. Post up some pics when you are done!I am starting a new tank converting to salt as well trying to cheap it out to prove to new people that it can be done. I was not going to add a sump but now really want to do a DIY Algae scrubber so now a sump. I am too chicken to drill so was going the HOB overflow way. Now you have inspired me to at least add a baffle so I can use fibre filter, and or an in sump Skimmer , but not much room since when I built the stand did not ever think of ever going salt so maybe get out the crowbar . If it comes down to it Skimmer comes first. Thanks again for the pictures and advice since I suck at putting on silicone
