Man, my dream car used to be a 72 challenger, all tubbed out with a stroked 360, with a supercharger. Now im in an a4 quattro, my times wont be very impressive lol.

I love an organized shop but hate putting in the work sometimes. That said, I think @Red_Beard will appreciate the redneck ingenuity of the ladder you see up top there. There's a large loft and it was a PITA to get thing up there.

So, I installed an electric hoist and a ladder that is on bolted, hinged, and on a pulley to get up there easily to hoist things up and down.

I spent the weekend doing the same, made an overhead lumber storage rack, got all my plywood and 1x lumber off the floor finally and out of my way.

I do appreciate that, its like you read my mind. I kept looking at that wondering how you got the foot end affixed, seeing as it looks like you would need a ladder just to get to it lol. That is an awesome way to get that done, then it isn't in the way all the time!

Years ago I played for a few months. It's a game that takes a lot of time and practice to get any good at. I didn't have the time needed so lost interest.

I wish thats where i disappeared to :/ reality is much more boring. Just a ton of overnight work coupled with all day meetings that has sucked the life out of me. I think im on the upswing though!

Fingers crossed you win! It is a fun hobby. I use it as a way to force myself to be outside for a few hours. Usually drag one of my kids with too so we get some bonding time. Its either that, or an excuse to skip out on work for the day and go play, we have some company charity classics coming up :)

It does, thats the trick though, buy cheap balls and play for fun! (Also i realllly want to get my handicap down in the single digits...it gets addicting competing against oneself! )

Ya takes constant playing/practice. Bring back Covid lock down and being furloughed I was a scratch golfer then. Hustled lots of money then.

My back always hurts? That’s not normal?

More alcoholic beverages seems to cure it. Plus the golf ball starts going farther!
