are you feeding frozen?
I do add frozen rotifers and spot feed the zoas n softs. when I feed any frozens the "milk" thats once the chunks are gone left I spray on the softs.
The grand palys will eat chunks too. And live pods:eek:

I am currently waiting until the frozen mysis shrimp thaw and take the liquid from that and spot feeding them but is there any additive that you can recommend?

your doing it right! I havent done aminos yet. But for food, like I said rotifers theres brine shrimp. I like rods small foods mixes, Reef frenzy is a staple in my house too, oyster eggs.
Small mouths small foods. And diversity.

I agree with @saltyfilmfolks LRF Reef Frenzy is my staple with some mysis added. After RAPO(Reef A Palooza Orlando) I started adding a couple of drops of Oyster feast, R.O.E. and Roti feast from Reef Nutrition to my food mix. I also add below

Im headed to talk to my friend at his LFS about aminos later today. A bit conflicted, I personally would rather do what Paul B does.:)

Nutricell is awesome as is Reef Energy.
Don't think I'll ever have a tank setup and not use these.

I agree. If you have fish, what you need to be doing is feeding them the best you can.

Quality fish waste is quality coral food - no two ways about it. :) Everything else is going to be second best.

That said, some folks like myself may not be able to go that route. For example, all I have to feed in a 100 gallon system is three little Barnacle Blennies. :)

So the additives may come in handy for some....but make use of the fish food route first if you are able!
