Reefbrite customer service

Has anyone needed to complete tact reefbrite using their contact us on their site? If so about how long did it take them to respond? I used the form to contact them on Sunday and haven't heard back yet. Was curious about what their respond time usually is.

I had a similar issue. I needed information about the Blue XHO, emailed twice, waited 2 weeks, then moved on to a different options.

I know its 5 years later, but they still dont answer replies, nor do they have a phone number listed. Guess I will buy another brand.
