Wow, sticks look great, @ReeferMadness80G

Can you remind us again under what lighting conditions you are getting these colours when taking the picture.

Hey thanks! You can call me Chris :)
These particular frags are getting baked under a Radion G4 Xr15w Pro! They start around 11am and end at 10:30 pm and get roughly 325-400 Par for 7 hours at peak lighting. Lighting is definitely a key element, however, keeping my nutrients around 5ppm No3 and Alkalinity around 9-10 dKH seems to have attributed to good color and growth. But everyone’s tank is different.

Thanks for the information Chris. I guess you follow the AB+ schedule.
I was just wondering if you change your light when you take photos?
Your coral seem to pop well on camera.

No, I wasn’t familiar with the preset schedules when I made mine so the schedule is custom. As for my pictures I take some as soon as it starts ramping down so there’s more white than blue, and some I take under full Actinics. I’m actually using an iPhone 7 to take pics which helps bc I can put it under the water. I made a post a few back that my pictures significantly changed bc of aquariaclip. It’s basically an orange filter for iPhone tank photography. It works really well and the pictures are very accurate to what the eye sees. I will say it does seem to make orange POP way more than it actually does, and that’s why you don’t see me post pics of a lot of my orange stuff, red it doesn’t seem to affect, just orange. So if you see pics of mine with a really orange pop then that’s a little saturated. But none of the sticks under the Radion are affected by that, mostly everything orange is under my T5 and Reefbrite setup.
