Any word on when the NYOS line of test kits will he added? They have shown to be reliable to me, and have a read in 5ppm increments with calcium which is nice

I wrote to support asking about the accessories package also since I couldn’t make it to Florida for Rap . It’s Been almost a week and haven’t heard back . I Was hoping to catch you guys while you was in the states for Rap so I could get more needles . When will we be able to get these ? Purchase these ect ? This is my second inquiry on this . The first response I got was that there was a problem with shipping . I figured that had been worked out by now has been couple months

My experience with this product is becoming a bit of a nightmare, after 1 week and several support mails it finally connected to Wifi, only for me to find that the whole backplate was misaligned as the screws have come off, and they can't be fixed anymore because the threads have been damaged. The syringe and the vial are so far misaligned you can't run a test. Guess it needs a replacement, or probably rather a refund..

E-Mailing them again.

We are still working on it.
Kindly note that NYOS calcium has powder in it and needs a lot of testing.

Where is everyone getting tropic marin no3 kits?
Brs has been out for weeks and the link in the support section on the reefknetics app is for the UK and does not ship to US.

Tropic Marin promised to supply more to BRS also they mentioned that you can ask your LFS to get them for you.

If I read corretly and its not that difficult to transition powders to liquid. It would sure be worth reefknetics looking into a licensing agreement with one of the reputable companies to supply all test on the bot.
That way there is one source.

The testing chamber keeps flooding with every test, how do I prevent that?

I unplugged it right now to avoid it doing it during the cleaning...

This product really seems to be more of a prototype...

Seems like You've got some bad luck!! Unfortunately! It's been working beautifully for the vast majority of us with minor issues. Luckily their support has been spot on, they'll straighten it out for you!

I wonder if your calibration somehow got way off.

Try to calibrate it . It shouldn’t be adding but a very little amount . You may have a bad waste pump if it’s not pumping out . If calibration doesn’t work . Send a ticket in

The overflowing is caused usually when a user miss calibrate his unit. Please email us and we’ll remotely calibrate it for you
