Yes 5 syringes and 5 needles.Sorry, I don't remember what was in it. Is it the 5 needles and syringes? If so, is there a way those of us not at RAP to purchase?
Is the $100 off coupon still effective?
hello, the support didn’t get an email from you for some reason. I forwarded your message and they will email you back ASAPI sent an email yesterday afternoon, im sure Ill hear back soon.
Maybe someone else can answer... I switched from salifert to redsea pro for alk tests. The results for the salifert seemed high but kind stable 9.3 to 9.9 mostly landing on 9.6 I used to use salifert manually before switching to hanna and was able to recreate identical results.time after time. But this swing in the reefbot rattled me and I would run backup tests to make sure something wasnt up. Anyway I figured I try redsea the one reagent is nice and I read someone was having good results so I transitioned over yesterday and ran a few test back to back. Pretty unstable as you can see from the screenshot which is not accurate. I test 9.3-9.4 for month or so.
So my question in this many words is do I need to recalibrate just because I switched brands?![]()

Cheers,
The Reefbot uses a long supply line to take a sample of the water (which is great). Does it fully empty this line when a new test begins to ensure the water being tested is fresh?

Then you shouldn't have waited on the $100 off coupon. I'm thankful that they even offered a discount. It is definitely a great value and is already let me see Trends in my aquarium that I wouldn't have been able to see by myself.I asked on facebook if they still have the $100 off and they said that expired but they have $50 now. Not sure if I wanna buy it without the $100 off, $800 is a steep price and even with $100 off is still pricey but it was a good incentive.
Yes 5 syringes and 5 needles.
Can you please email us on [email protected]

I've got mine as well now, actually am based in Dubai, not too far from Reefkinetics HQ ;)
Unfortunately I already have the first issue, which is I can't connect the bot to WiFi. Tried different SSIDs, resetting, rebooting app, etc. Any ideas?
