I sent an email yesterday afternoon, im sure Ill hear back soon.
Maybe someone else can answer... I switched from salifert to redsea pro for alk tests. The results for the salifert seemed high but kind stable 9.3 to 9.9 mostly landing on 9.6 I used to use salifert manually before switching to hanna and was able to recreate identical results.time after time. But this swing in the reefbot rattled me and I would run backup tests to make sure something wasnt up. Anyway I figured I try redsea the one reagent is nice and I read someone was having good results so I transitioned over yesterday and ran a few test back to back. Pretty unstable as you can see from the screenshot which is not accurate. I test 9.3-9.4 for month or so.
So my question in this many words is do I need to recalibrate just because I switched brands?

Is the $100 off coupon still effective?

The Reefbot uses a long supply line to take a sample of the water (which is great). Does it fully empty this line when a new test begins to ensure the water being tested is fresh?

It actually rinses the test chamber with tank water therefore purging this line and drawing in fresh tank water. While watching it test, it seems that it is rinsing more than once surely more than what is inside the small line.

the ReefBot uses 1 meter supply tube from the tank, it's preprogramed to flush this tube before every test

Looks to me like your calibration is just a little off.

lol you're right!

I asked on facebook if they still have the $100 off and they said that expired but they have $50 now. Not sure if I wanna buy it without the $100 off, $800 is a steep price and even with $100 off is still pricey but it was a good incentive.

Then you shouldn't have waited on the $100 off coupon. I'm thankful that they even offered a discount. It is definitely a great value and is already let me see Trends in my aquarium that I wouldn't have been able to see by myself.

Yes 5 syringes and 5 needles.
Can you please email us on [email protected]

Thank you for taking care of me! I sent an email and initially did not hear back, but then received an email today letting me know that you sent me a package and that it was arriving today. I received it and it is very generous! This should last me quite a while.

I also just recently switched from salifert ALk to RedSeA so I could get another test in there, there was a slight drop for me between the two different brands 8.3 to 8.1 (btw I love how the old data is kept and identified on graph and table as the different brand) and the RedSeA has been steady as a rock! 8.1 for the last 6/ 7 tests

I've got mine as well now, actually am based in Dubai, not too far from Reefkinetics HQ ;)
Unfortunately I already have the first issue, which is I can't connect the bot to WiFi. Tried different SSIDs, resetting, rebooting app, etc. Any ideas?

Wrote to support, they answered and made some updates, but unfortunately still the same issue. Wrote to them again, getting a bit irritated.
