Replacement MH bulb, which one

I currently have (2) 250 de phoenix. One running on a Current Sunpod and the the other running on a ARO ballast. I think the ARO is an electric but not sure. I have no idea what the Current is. My question is I need to replace the bulbs and wanted to use 20K Ushio on both. I feel the phoenix looks too white to my eyes. I was told that the ballast makes a difference on the bulb, I did not know this. Any ideas on which bulbs? Does each need a different brand bulb? This is too complicated. I wish Radium would make a DE 250w already, everyone says they are the best.
