What reptiles do you keep? Let’s see em!

I’m not that into reptiles but my daughters are (12, 10, 8). We just picked up this leopard gecko at a reptile show yesterday. It is a “blood emerine point of sale het tremper x eclipse “ morph. Whatever that means...

We got a crested gecko too but I don’t have a picture of that guy.

This is Aurora, my Brazilian rainbow boa, out in my garden with Silas, the gargoyle. Aurora is about 18 years old.

I also have a pair of Chihuahua mountain kingsnakes, a corn snake, a pink zebra beauty tarantula, and a Mexican red-knee tarantula. Been thinking about getting back into chameleons, but I think I'd rather have another reef tank.

Cheers,
rant

I absolutely love my lizards! Each one has their own wonderful personality and are extremely fun to watch! Reptiles are definitely very rewarding pets! I’ll introduce them:

Oz, the giant day gecko (male):
The great and powerful Oz is my 10” giant day gecko who loves being a trouble maker. He often spends time on the glass eyeing whatever fish are in the quarantine tank. He also enjoys staring at his neighbor, Toothless.

Toothless, the crested gecko (female):
Toothless is a full grown Crested gecko, and the first pet reptile. Toothless loves being a trouble maker (moreso than Oz), and loves attention. Essentially, toothless is that stereotypical Gecko.

And lastly, Randall, the green anole (male):
Randall is nothing short of a crazy lizard. He must think he is a dinosaur, constantly head bobbing at my parakeet, charging at me when I feed him, and thinking he’s king of the world. However, he’s just as quick to scurry towards the ground at the slightest sound. Though quite aggressive, Randall is always entertaining to observe and mess around with.

All three have found a way to escape (and get retrieved).

Jungle carpet pythons here ... they're defensive sometimes while they're young (and can't really do much damage), but tend to mature into wonderful animals ... and they're just stinkin' gorgeous to look at.

Flick was named by my granddaughter. She's somewhere north of four feet - these guys usually stay around five or six feet long. Not gigantic, as pythons go.

Hobgoblin - she's a bit more of a thoroughbred than Flick is, a little more finicky - but _such_ a pretty girl!

Puck - This lad is an example of an incomplete-dominant pattern mutation called "Zebra", and a year or so younger than the girls.

Don’t make fun of me XD but I have a Bahaman Anole, my first reptile (other than a turtle when I was twelve lol.) He has a Floridian style vivarium. I just got him so I’m still thinking of names... as of right now it’s W.C.B. named after a romantic writer.

I see absolutely nothing in that picture to make fun of! You have created a very natural and beautiful viv. Nicely done!!

No reptiles anymore, 1 tarantula: Noxeema Jackson (named her after a drag queen cause she's too young for me to know either way)

This is Noveske, he's still with me but he died last year at about 10 years old. I had him articulated and he now holds main display in one of my oddity cabinets.
