Return Pump 75 Gallon

Hello, I am slowly getting my 75 gallon setup. I have an Eclipse L overflow box and will have a 40 gallon breeder as a sump. Sump will have 3 sections (Skimmer, Refugium, and Return). I am leaning towards the RO 150int for a skimmer. My question is what size return pump should I be looking at? The water will have to travel about 4.5 feet from sump to return lines. I should also note that I will be Y'ing the return line into 2 returns.

I'd look into the RO / VarioS-6.

If it's overkill you can always dial the flow back.
Those Varios seem to be a good bag for the money / with solid reviews.

It's it a function on the pump to dial it down or do you use a valve to restrict flow?

It's a feature of the pump itself! There are five preset levels you can set super easy.

i have had the octo varios 6 for a month, best pump there is imo
