Return pumps and pipe sizes for my overflow.

So I have an overflow on my 75gal and my bulkheads are 1” then the return side coming through the tank is 3/4” so I will plumb 1” to the tank and then go to 3/4”. My question is what pump is best for this size pipe and best flow as well. I really like the Neptune 15 and or reef octopus. But I want the best flow in my tank my head height will be roughly 4 foot to bottom of tank when it turns to 3/4 then roughly 16” to the bending arms.

I have a RO varios 2 on my 90. It works good, but I probably will go a bit bigger on it's replacement as the varios 2 is on full power. Really like the RO. Extremely quiet. Zero problems.
