Won in an auction, but I'm not exactly sure if it is or not. How do I frag it to add to my new setup?

Yes, it's a Rhodactis. Why do you want to frag it?

Easiest way to frag a mushroom is with a sharp pair of scissors but you also risk killing it.

Want to take a piece and put in the 65g that's cycling now. It's currently in a 30g hexagon.

I would wait until it starts to form into two separate shrooms before attempting to cut it.
Safest way, but it could take forever.

Sometimes a little nick with a sharp pair of scissors or a sharp knife will cause it to split into a second mushroom. However, splitting is stressful and sometimes ends in mushroom death instead of two mushrooms. It's always a risk.

I'll just buy another one. Thx
