Hello! I've had a Florida Ric in my tank for about 4 months now. I never saw a second mouth form and the Ric appeared to split from the petal down and pulled a piece of itself off into new one. The new one is basically underneath the original and I'm worried that its not getting the light it needs. Would anyone be able to recommend if I should try to move it myself a bit higher up on the rock or if it will eventually just stretch itself to get some light. I will get some pictures when I get home later. Thanks for reading!

Anyways you can see on the top left what I mean. Lights just came on in this, so when the big ric perks up it covers the little one almost completely. Also sorry about the huge image, not sure how to change it off my phone.

Other mushrooms drop babies like that underneath. They can move themselves if needed. It should be fine.
