Does anyone have any conclusive information on this? Is either one better or more nutritious for your fish? I have been looking around and can not seem to find anything on this....
Thanks in advance for any help.

Vitamins and minerals are pretty stable, so are pretty much unaffected through the roasting process.

The toasting process for nori is so brief that there shouldn't be too much of a differrnce between toasted and untoasted.

Most Asian food stores have the Toasted NORI in sheets. Have you checked there?
