sad about my aqua sd order

i received my order from aqauasd a week ago. while initially i posted that i was happy with how my order looked, i did point out that some of them looked pretty rough. but was told to give it some time and see if they would plump up. well, they havent plumped up and seriously look bad. and the one either is not the one i ordered or the picture that was advertised was seriously photoshopped. :crying-face: ive reached out by email and have heard nothing. how long do i need to wait to see if they will recover? id really like some answers to this....
