I find this one. Did anyone tried ?

You try it and let us know. I'm betting it's not compatible with Apex.

Be careful with that. That picture that's posted shows the big boy din connector. Did you try this one? I asked some posts back about it and didn't get a answer.

It does say 4 pin mini din .....Hmmmmmmmm??

Exactly, I take china hut with a grain of salt. IIRC someone did order that one or one similar to it and got the wrong connector, hoping for a mini din.

I'm ok with chopping off the BNC connector and soldering to the mini din, but I get most won't do that (or don't know how).

I just put it out as a buyer beware, 50 bucks for a possible turd :face-with-spiral-eyes:...

Speaking of which, I'll post up how the ole Pasco probe is doing later, after work

Nope. It's the usual BNC. The 10x constant is fine, still needs to be soldered to a mini din.

The 3rd one that he sent me is plug and play(right connector as stated) and has been working quite well for 2-3 months now. I just ordered another one for a spare.

Thats the right link. If you look at description or specs, it states it’s for the apex. The probe you will get will have a round sleeve over the end. Thats the right one.

Yes, I have this probe, and it has the correct connector. Plugged in now, calibrated well and reporting good values so far. Only had it a few days though. The bubble shield is removable and can be slid up the probe if needed. I just removed it.

My Connector is the what I would call old school s-video connector but it does not fit in apex head unit, did any of yours not physically fit in the salinity port connection on Apex head unit ?

Yes, I have this probe, and it has the correct connector. Plugged in now, calibrated well and reporting good values so far. Only had it a few days though. The bubble shield is removable and can be slid up the probe if needed. I just removed it.

I've had this one running since my last post, working quite well. The daily spike is when my pumps slow for feeding. Jan 18th was a water change.
