I WOULD AVOID A LIGHT MOUNTED TO HIGH AS BABIES CANT HELP BUT STARE AT BRIGHT
OBJECTS/ LIGHTS WHICH COULD PROBABLY CAUSE SOME NEGATIVE EFFECT.

I wouldn’t worry much about lights, just don’t set a newborn directly underneath them, LEDs will definitely be safer than t5/MH but wouldn’t worry about it anyways.
