how often and what % do you do for water changes? Looks really nice.
Thank you! On this tank I do 20% every 2 weeks. I am setting up an AWC on the new tank which will do about 5 gallons per day.

Hey amazing build, got a question about algae scrubbers. I thought I read you have had 2 different types? Do you still use them? If so are you using them in place of a refugium and are you still running a skimmer with them? I’m considering 1 for my new 90 gallon build.

Yes to all of the questions LOL. I have a Turbo's Aquatics L4 on this tank and I love it. I do skim, but very dry so it doesn't take much out of the water but aerates it and help keep PH up. I run Clear Water Scrubbers on my new tank and my frag and grow out systems. I also skim on those tanks the same way.

Don’t tell anyone but I just added this Goniopora today. I don’t want to ruin my reputation as a stick head…

The right side bommie made from 4 Reef Saver Rocks and some rubble bonded by e-marco 400 with 3/4" acrylic rods stuck into a 1" thick cutting board for a stable base. It is rock solid - literally.

I am TOTALLY copying you on this rock!

Thank you for the kind words. The stand did sag in front slightly, but the retrofit kit has fixed that so no issues for me.

Read through the entire thread last night. Sorry to hear the damage and loss in Florida. Glad to have you in AZ. Amazing variety, color and growth! Can't stop looking back through the pictures. Set a new (and very high) bar of all I want to learn. Not sure if I'm kidding or serious, but do you accept interns? Hall buckets, test parameters, clean equipment, mop floors, mow lawns, wash cars.... Actually was the first thought out of my mouth after reading and my wife suggested I keep my job so I can afford my tank and additions. :)

ORA Pearlberry - this one darkened significantly during the "incident" it is slowly getting back to it's awesome self.

RRC Jawdropper - I've had this one for a while, and it really hasn't done much. Hoping it will take off now that things are very stable

RRC Pretty in Pink - Another one that hasn't reached it's potential yet...

Sunburst Milli - My favorite Milli and one of my favorite corals. This picture does not do it justice!

Fantastic reef and fantastic acros; can I ask you how did you eradicate these green algae?
also how do you keep your sand clean?
