Tried something different today. I have a ShellBox diving case for my iPhone. I clipped the Orphek lenses to the outside of the case and used it to take underwater pictures. Only problem was you have to set everything up before you put the phone in the case and guesstimate the right range for focus. Worked pretty good, but a few out of focus. All of these were shot underwater.

Yep! I use it a lot. I’ve been gradually raising my lights and it really helps. My biggest concern is not frying the non Acro corals. I use it to make sure they aren’t in a 300+ PAR area.

Remembering weather 47 years ago, January 1977. People thought the world was going to freeze over.

Well, the stand alone frag tank was a bust. Tore it down today. It was taking too much effort so everything went back into the DT. Maybe in the future I’ll look at plumbing it into the DT and see if that works Better. Makes me appreciate those who do tiny tanks and make them beautiful.

So, all the frags are back home in the DT plus the fish and cleanup crew. They seem very happy now. My version of a Mega frag rack. Built it high to get the PAR I wanted 300+). Plus it shades the Zoa’s and torches.

How do you normally do it? They are growing everywhere especially random areas lol..Gonna sell the tank including them.
Gloves. Safety glasses. Tweezers. Pull.
I have moved a bunch to a rock in the back by the overflow in hopes that they would grow up the back wall.
