Aquaforest Oceanguard 980, 260g total. Still a work in progress. How's my scape? 160lbs of dry Marco rock. Will be adding 20lbs of live maricultured rock as well. Didn't want to go too high up, so the fish have space to swim but am open to adding more if feasible. I'm thinking shadowing on the bottom will become a problem once corals grow out due to some of the ledges but might add some blades or something like that to remedy it. I have 4 MP40s for flow and also would like advice for placement. I have them staggered on both ends right now but would 2 on the back wall be better? But anyways, any and all feedback is welcome! Thanks yall!!

From the angle of the one picture, it looks very flat(front to back) maybe post a side shot?

Rock-scape is very personal. For me, it's too straight line. I do like the openness of the rock, especially along the bottom, but I'd put an arc in it. That is, push the center section of your rock work back towards the back wall. This will leave the center portion of the tank open for one or more "signature" pieces, such as a scoly or some other large open brain. But, that's me!

I think the aquascape looks fine! I do like how you have a lot of areas for fish to swim around in and areas for coral to grow. Maybe do what the others have said by making it not a "straight line" and add some more depth to the scape. You are on the right track though!

I posted a side pic above. So you would do pretty much the very opposite of what I have now? Pushing the center back to the overflow and moving the ends out towards the front? That's what im thinking of doing.

I think so! Straight lines arent natural. So just breaking that line up, imo, would make it look much more organic
