yes. once you are running the program you can make adjustments. Once you are done with the adjustments then you save the preset under a new name. Then you will be left with the original preset saved as well as your new modified version. I have been playing around with doing just that and let me tell you it can get a bit frustrating. I think I may have got mine where I want it finally but it was a frustrating route to do it. I made a post on this and hopefully someone will respond with the key that makes it much more simple than the route I took.
