Hi all,

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this...
Long story short, received electric shocks while doing some cleaning on my tank. Switch everything off and then back on one my one.

Finally, pinpoint the cause to be from my PH probe, Redox probe and Conductivity probe. Temperature probe is good. Running a Profilux 4 on my tank for around 6 months.

Has anyone experience the same issue before?

I don't have a profilux, but these are low voltage devices. I have a hard time understanding how you could get a shock from them. I would contact GHL about it.

I am puzzled about this as well, as i expected the Jebao pumps to be the ones giving me the electrical shocks. The last item I checked are the probes.

Will try and borrow a voltmeter later today to get some readings.

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
