I rarely ever toss montis unless they have pests. They can regrow from a single polyp.

I think there may be a pest since only the montis are closed. The acros zeem fine and the gsp and xenia on the back wall seem fine too
Monti Eating Nudis come out after the lights go out. Give it an hour or two after the lights go off or a an hour or so before they come on in the morning and then use a flashlight on the Setosa. They're pretty small and can be hard to see but look closely as they'll be running for cover. Mine were white with blue stripes. The biggest one was maybe an 1/8" long.

I'll shut the lights off early and inspect them. If I have them should I just toss the montis? Will they go after acros and birdsnest, etc

Just montis. I tossed mine. Usually if there's Nudis there's also eggs. It may be 6 months to a year before it's safe to add a monti so make sure when you do you add a cheap sacrificial one just in case. You can also remove all your montis and dip, QT, dip, QT, etc. As eggs hatch you'll need to dip again before they get big enough to lay more eggs. It can be a pain but you can save your corals. It takes patience and time and work. The eggs will survive the dip.

Would it be safe to add anything else other than montis if there are nudis? Iodine dip or just regular coral dip

Regular coral dip. Monti Eating Nudis typically will only eat montis.

They'll turn to the colour of the monti right? Should I use a flashlight later to check?
Mine were white with blue stripes. They were eating a Bubble Gum Digitata, green cap, and red caps.

Lights have been off 1h now. Using a flashlight i couldn't see anything. I'll try again tonight but honestly I'm not sure what it is

Every morning sadly.. during the day they look the same. The next day they get worse
Sounds like pests rather than water. It's amazing how fast those Nudis breed and how quickly the damage gets worse. Dip if you can and then setup a QT tank just for the montis if you can. Get a wrasse to help if possible but the Nudis are usually only active when Wrasses are sleeping.

Maybe a Six-line but they can be jerks and you might lose fish in the process. Maybe a Springeri Damselfish but they can be jerks also.
