setting up a saltwater tank

Hi Guys, I am converting my Freshwater tank to saltwater and need some help. my tank is L60cm xW32cm xH35cm and will be using a canister filter and maybe Seachem Tidal 55 HOB. I do have a Aqua one skimmer but i dont want to use that if i dont have to as it will look abit ugly in the living room hanging from the back of the tank.
Now here is the question. I cant bring myself to buy saltwater specific lights and everytime i try to do that i change my mind at last minute. I currently have Chihiros WRGB 2 60cm 10th Edition light and was thinking of doing Macroalagae tank but finding macroalgae at a resonable price here in Sydney Australia is hard.

1) I am only interested in cheap low light easy to gow corals so what sort of Corals can i grow in WRGB 2 lights? i dont want anything that releases toxin so Zoas out of the questions for now.
2) can i get away with not using a skimmer or do i have to have it.
3) I can get x2 second hand Aquaknight V2 for 100$ so should i get that or can i grow softies under my WRGB 2 light?
4) can i add macroalgae as soon as i fill the tank or do i have to wait for the tank to be cycled like with corals?
5) if you suggested a coral please also advise if i need to feed them separately and if so what should i feed them

If anyone using freshwater planted light in their coral tank, can i see pictures please.

1) I am only interested in cheap low light easy to gow corals so what sort of Corals can i grow in WRGB 2 lights? i dont want anything that releases toxin so Zoas out of the questions for now. - Yes, but your light spectrum is a little off.....you can keep low light corals (and even non-photosynthetic) this is your spectrum according to the manual for this light:

2) can i get away with not using a skimmer or do i have to have it. - Yes. Skimmers are NOT mandatory. Just keep up on your waterchanges

4) can i add macroalgae as soon as i fill the tank or do i have to wait for the tank to be cycled like with corals? - You could, but I would just wait the two weeks for the cycle...along with light, they will need nitarates and phosphates (and a little iron) to survive/grow
