Looks sweet! How are you liking the illumagic x4s? I like my great white skimmer a lot and might try out their lights.
Loving them! Running them at 50% right now and all coral is quite happy!

Okay so I’m obsessed with bubble coral now. Update over.

Did a big water change for the first time in a long while. Tank definitely needed it. Trying to adjust flow some corals unhappy. This lobo however is doing just fine!

Very exciting news. A new tank is coming my way. I’ll be connecting it to the existing system! Debating on moving all my bubble coral to the new tank. Stay tuned!!

Tank is doing well today. A couple bubble corals need to be moved into a lower flow area as they’re tearing up a bit. Having said that I’ll likely move them into the new tank as I plan on it being a low energy tank anyway. Oh I also picked up about 30 Yuma from a local shutdown. Hopefully they spread as well as they did in his tank!

Added a recliner to the fish room. Temporary mangrove bucket to the left. Lookin forward to the new tank arrival, hopefully soon!

I’ve needed a utility wrasse for a long time and now that I’ve recently added a lid from Top Lids, it’s time to get one.

So today I saw a tank shutdown. Yellow Coris for sale, I’ll take it. But then I ended up with four anthias as well. I have no self control… I need help

Big day. My new tank and stand arrived. A shallow lagoon from UNS! The 60CS to be exact.

Going to drill it this week and install an eshopps overflow. Luckily there’s already a second “return” built into the 120 plumbing. Going to use some soft silicone tubing to connect it and use an over the top return nozzle.

The tank will be low flow so hopefully I won’t need too many powerheads in the tank itself.

Started playing with scape today using the Aquaforest nano rock. I’m toying with the idea of keeping it super simple like below or building a scale in the back right corner to hide the eventual overflow and placing the mangroves inside and around it. Leaving a stunning amount of open sand.

We officially have a hole and overflow! I realized I have the wrong size return hose though so Amazon order placed!

Beautiful R120, I want to ask, do you have any regrets on getting the R120 instead of the R150? I'm planning on getting one of those in spring of 2027, but cant decide on 4 or 5 feet. 5 feet is a tight squeeze but will fit where i can keep a tank, 4 foot will fit better, but I'm worried about wishing I got an extra foot of space.

I don’t have any regrets at all. However, I would not be upset with an extra foot of space.

Okay… long time no update once again.

The tank is doing “okay”. I’ve been so busy with a new business that it’s been a bit neglected.

Having said that I’m just in the middle of a big water change and the lagoon should be running by end of week.

Big YouTube update coming soon.

The lagoon is running. Took a bit of work to play with the overflows and return from the R120 but she’s running smooth!

Mangroves, rock, sand are all in.

Dude, this scape is so sick... can't wait to see this lit up next to the R120.
