I just told him I had a RedSea 500 and needed some rolls. He will respond and ask you a few questions and that's it.What do we need though?
I’m in UK, wouldn’t be worth it for me!No, contact Steve here: https://preconfilter.com/ Tell him what you need, and he will hook you up.
Same here. I use one of those Oxo shower squeegees. Works great on the matte black Red Sea stand as well. Just wiping with a towel left a bunch of streaks on the stand.I will add to this and suggest a plastic handled squeegee. On the large spaces of glass, I spray with RODI water and then use the squeegee to wipe away the water. I wipe the squeegee rubber off with a micro fiber cloth in between passes. I initially used a squeegee with a metal handle but rust became an issue.
Yup! I have no more GHA! I also no longer have much coralline - but that’s a trade I’ll take! When in doubt, throw a tuxedo in.
Magic sponge for the win.
What's thatI just found the reef mat hack, that's a winner for me.
I really should do this with mine!I wash my filter socks in the washing machine with bleach. I have 2 sets, so while one is drying (which neutralizes the chlorine) I use the other set.
This has saved me so much hassle when cleaning algae. Especially bubble algae. You can get in all the little nooks.
Yeah. Just a runs into a bucket. What is the other end attached to? Is it just a siphon?
