Shipping Anemones (RBTA in particular)

After doing some research, and not finding very much recent information, I'm asking all of you!!

I'd like to know the proper/best way to ship an RBTA. I've read a lot of information on "dry" shipping, and it does seem to make sense, but figured I'd better get some advice on all methods. Anthony Calfo outlines using the dry method for shipping corals, in his book, Book of Coral Propagation, but I don't see a lot of people using this method.

I just received a RBTA from Copps. In all reality I am sure it would be an easy thing, since we could cut these things and they still survive. I recieved mine in about 6 cups of water and when inflated the anenome was over 14in in diameter. When I recevied it though it looked no bigger than 2in. Within 2 days it was doing great and fully inflated. He shipped it in an insulated box, double bagged just like any other coral with some heat packs since it was super duper cold here. Somewhere around negative 20 on the day it arrived.

i got my rbta today from josh at gonzocoralfrags.com and it was tripple bagged in water

i just double bag it with enough water to keep the RBTA wet. I would say only about 10% of the bag was filled with water. I shipped them yesterday and they arrived today with no problem at all.

I have also shipped anemones this way without issue.
