OK I will refund the rest of the order now. In the future I would only use overnight to your location since you had such heavy losses, I will mark the account now. I do not have access to your cart, but UPS is $44.50 and there is a $50 order minimum requirement so it would come to $95.
So now we are up to $95. Again thanks but no thanks. Thanks for the entire refund but I’ll pass on the $95.

If shipping does turn out to be less than the $44.50, we would refund that difference though.

edit - forgot to mention, I refunded the full order. It should post to your side within 3 business days.

We have had to make certain zip codes blocked for delays. If you see an error during checkout that is likely it. The process isn't as ironed out as we would like it, we had to do a work around. Also we do not know if an area will become delayed in the future. Since COVID started delayed areas are very random until last week when those storms took out the shipping hubs for all the carriers in the US.

lol I guess I posted them all here in the thread instead of the DMs.

In the future if anyone has an issue with an order please contact me through the website, so I can look up your order and address the concern.

One more question. In my cart are $17.20 worth for 26 items. If i have to pay $44.50 for over night i don’t understand why there is a $50 minimum purchase. If I’m paying for shipment. I could understand if shipping was free to have a minimum. But I’m not paying $95 to make a 2nd attempt to purchase. Again thanks.

The minimum is because the shipping costs we charge are less than the actual cost of the label, handling and packaging costs and transaction fees. The minimum helps to cover those costs.

Ok, not sure i understand. I’ve ordered stuff off Amazon for less than $10 and have paid shipping whatever it is. Anyway I’ll stop pestering you but I will pass on ordering anything.

Amazon has warehouses all over so they pay less for carrier service. Also they get discounted rates not available to us. If you send a .pdf label for overnight AM service or Express Mail we can use that label and skip shipping charges.

They could start forcing myself overnight shipping and passing cost to customers....thus losing tons of business. Or they can realize this is a temporary situation with shipping companies and try to weather it and support their customers the best way they can.
You can't eat those costs and stay in business very long, I'm afraid.

I wish that I had at the variety of choices you do in the U.S. All my livestock orders have a $50 charge for overnight shipping. I'm glad I have that option , as it would cost twice as much (and take me an entire day) to drive to the closest place to get it.

Ya that was my point really. As a business owner I sympathize with those who rely on shipping right now. It was already a bad situation, but the weather here has made it a disaster the past couple weeks. I think companies are just trying to do the best they can.
