Said they were having algae issues being right at the front door like it was...
That won't last long.

I know nothing about the RedSea one. Literally nothing,ither than it holds water 100%.
Ive never owned, and am intimidated by plumbed tanks.

I thing Red Seas have mixed reviews, but people seem to be pretty happy in recent years

If your shopping used, I know locally, the larger the tank - the better the deal you can get on my local Craigslist/Reef Clubs/Facebook

Once you have a sump you'll wonder why you have a tank without one . Dont buy the aqueon unless you want to do freshwater lol. Then again some people buy $3k tank then stick a giant .79 cent thermometer on the main viewing panel . So I guess up to you lol

I don't think there is anything malicious going on. They just don't want to clean it; and it is used. DO IT @OrchidMiss
