Mine started with three heads and was one of my first corals in the tank. Recently my BTA that has been in the same spot for over a year has decided to move a little closer to it and now is touching some of the heads. I'm afraid of moving the Duncan because my rocks are loose and not secured together so I can't manhandle in fear of having the rocks fall and the Duncan is on there securely. Ugh! Half of the Duncan is full and looks great while the other near the BTA is looking terrible.

This is before the BTA moved a little closer to the Duncan.

Here is my Duncan coral size of a softball now. The coral gets two or three new heads a week now. Since I started dosing trace elements the green color has come back in the stalk and it has really taken off.

I love that the duncan coral was a lot of people's first coral. I got mine about 2 years ago. It had 2 heads and now it's at about 30+ the growth rate of this coral is amazing

Love the long tentacles. If you ever frag it let me know. I'm in Ft Worth too. I've seen a few pics of peoples long tentacle duncans but never had a chance to buy one. Where did you get it if you don't mind me asking?

Think mine is a Aussie Duncan... my first coral as well. Got it in December, first pic. It’s now February and it’s growing like a weed :), it’s going through a growth spurt and sprouting 4 new heads but the others are hiding that in the pics.
