I ordered six large Peppermint Shrimp after spotting aptasia in my 5’ x 2’ tank which already has a Cleaner and Blood shrimp. Should I anticipate any issues?

No …it should be fine to mix them,
OTOH boxer/ coral banded’s not so much
edit add: IME pretty much all the Lystmata or whatever get along ok

In that size tank it's probably fine but adult blood shrimp can be territorial to other lysmata shrimp added after them, so they *might* get chased out of the blood shrimp's favorite area for a little while until the blood shrimp gets used to them.
