I recently bought a 3 inch male Blue Throat Trigger from Salgado Aquatic in Thornwood New York. He was on his side in the LFS however they assured me he would be fine. 4 days later, he is still on his side, leaning on the glass, will not eat, rarely ever moves. No heavy breathing. I can nudge him and he will swim very briefly and find another spot to lay down.As with all new fish, he was acclimated to my QT which also has a clownfish, chromis. The tank is medicated with Copper to therapeutic levels. The only other medication was Kanoplex I dosed this morning.

The other fish are fine, healthy. Has anyone encountered this problem before or have any advice to get this fish healthy again?
All the water parameters are good, running the temp at 78F.
