Sick paris anglefish do not eat during quarantine

My Bangaii Cardinal fish had a brooklyn two days ago. Yes, my tank is going through a brooklyn outbreak due to adding a new clown.
On Day 1, I did nothing because the white membrane was very small and part of it had already shed.
On Day 2, the area of the white membrane increased. So I used 37% formalin by 0.145ml/L with my little fish for half an hour and placed it in a 9L quarantine bucket ,adding a tablet of vitamin C. Before treatment, I fed her a lot.
Today is Day 3, part of the white membrane has shed, the area hasn't expanded. Her swim and breath look normal. However, when I fed her favorite frozen brine shrimp and frozen mysis shrimp, she eat nothing.Usually, She would chase after them qucikly. Then I added a live amphipod, but she still didn't eat.
I don't understand why as she looks good. Many thanks if anyone could help.

This is a Bangaii Cardinal fish and rarely if ever gets brooklynella. This fish eats frozen food exclusively. Feed, brine shrimp, plankton, chopped krill and mysis shrimp

Thank you for telling me the correct name :). English is not my mother tone so I use translator. What disease could it be? The symptoms are exactly same with clownfish brooklynella.

These fish tend to get small bumps from skin irritation as well as occasional stings as they’re active at night and semi- sleep during the day

The cardinalfish ate well before the dip, but not after the dip?

Your formalin dose works out to be 150 ppm, so that is a good amount. It also looks like you used air in the bucket during the dip, that is also good. I can't tell you why the fish stopped eating after the formalin dip.

Are you measuring the ammonia in the tank the cardinalfish is living in?
How long have you had this fish in your home?

Your formalin dose works out to be 150 ppm, so that is a good amount. It also looks like you used air in the bucket during the dip, that is also good. I can't tell you why the fish stopped eating after the formalin dip.

I have this fish for 10 months and she ate well before the dip but not after the dip. I tried the frozen brine shrimp and mysis shrimp, which she used to like very much. I do not measure the ammonia. I feel so frustrated about this situation. It is hard to see such a greedy fish becoming ignoring her favorite food :(

Sorry - I can't tell you exactly why the cardinalfish is no longer feeding normally. If you can test for ammonia, and if it is less than 0.25 ppm, at least you can rule that issue out. The formalin dip, by itself, should not have caused the fish to stop feeding.

Sorry - I can't tell you exactly why the cardinalfish is no longer feeding normally. If you can test for ammonia, and if it is less than 0.25 ppm, at least you can rule that issue out. The formalin dip, by itself, should not have caused the fish to stop feeding.
