Sinking/suspending pellet foods

Wow, cool! Always something new to learn.

Are they potentially a die off problem?

We can get them in the winter months and I just keep them in the fridge and replace the water with prechilled old tank water every couple of days.
That storage method is good for a few weeks max.

This is the first year I have messed with them.
Started because of the new copperband.
 
If you keep the tank clean it shouldn’t be an issue.
