+1. Copepods are single-eyed crustaceans that serve as live food for larger organisms and feed on phytoplankton, algae, etc. These are often grouped with Amphipods and Isopods as "pods."

On each forum page are threads "stuck" to the top of the page that have valuable information.I'm new to forums I don't know what sticky threads are tbh haha I should just sit down one evening and explore tho
they have a pretty high sneak score.pods, that’s great! I’ve been adding them to my tank and I still cant see them.
Hairy ostracod. Ostracods are some of the rarer pods in the marine hobby. These are generally beneficial scavengers/grazers.I have some close-up pic's of the tiny white and black guests in my tank. Nothing has been added to the tank in two years and now these guys have shown up. Anyone, no what they are? I tried finding other photos that look the same without much luck.
Thanks![]()
Ostracods would be my guess. Most copepods are too hard to see. Google images and compare. The pic is hard to see.
