Small white lumpy things on snail shells?

Hello there, I ordered some snails and they came with these little white lumps on the shell. They appear to be... moving around? There are clearly spots where they used to be on the snail shell, and now the white lumps appear to be attaching weirdly enough to the epoxy used to cement frags in place. Que es?
