Snail?

My kiddo spotted this snail in my tank tonight! What kind of snail do you think it is? Should I remove it? (Please ignore the algae! [emoji33])

I don't really know what kind of snail that is exactly, but until you do get a positive ID you might want to remove it just to be safe.

If I had to guess, I would say in was some sort of engina species. There's not too many that have those markings.

That's not an engina. It reminds me of a Euthria species. Either way they belong to the Buccinidae family and I would remove it just in case.
