I'm wondering who has (or has had) these. What I can find online says they are photosynthetic, but also require supplemental feeding. Does anyone have long term experience with these, and if so can you tell me about your feeding schedule?
 
I have some that are doing great! They only open after lights out so I have never spot fed...
 
Just got em Friday. Brown and green stalks. About half of them opened over night. I’ll be following this thread for sure!

Close to a year now. I run hydra 52 HD s on that tank. They were very brown when I first purchased but now they're showing a little green! I have hopes they'll continue to color up .

Lucky! Wish I could find some colorful ones!
 
I have the st patricks for about a year..extremely slow grower for me,started with three heads ,still three.do not spot feed,placed on the bottom with t5 and reefbrites

I had to look that up. Pretty killer piece and I may have to hunt one down.
