Snowflake Eel Help

Help! My Snowflake Eel not eating. The eel is 7 years old and way it was fine until I changed my fake decoration with new PVC pipe and new rocks 2 week ago. Now it will not eat and only limps around.

Has anything else changed besides the pipe and rock recently? Does it have any visible issues?

Snowflakes often go on hunger strikes when they are moved - I presume that changes to tank decor might have the same response.

Is it breathing faster than normal?
Are there other animals in the tank, are they on?

I’ve had snowflakes go off food for up to 4 months and then start back up again.
