I've read about that for a while. Do you remember the BluBlocker sunglasses commercials from the 90's?

I really need to get a canopy built. A little bit for blocking the light, but mainly for raising my lights, keeping fish in the tank, and giving me a way to control airflow across the water. I'd like to duct it in from my basement. Fortunately, the tank is right by the wall for the basement stairs.

I think you're right. Most of our "Viewing Devices" give off a good amount of Blue Light. There are some apps available that supposedly reduce the Blue Light being emitted to help the brain calm down at night as opposed to getting Energized when you're trying to read to go to sleep.

Yep, I remember, and it's a thing again now, I have several clients that wear something like these to avoid the blue light issues

I'll give up my phone and computer before my tank, or maybe I should start wearing blue blockers indoors!
