36" 4X 96watt Pc light w/ballast $90+shipping... how old is it?how many power cords does it have? what brand is it, and do the current bulbs still work? sorry for all the questions.

Not sure how old it is i picked it up from my local club, Each ballast has 1 cord that plus into the wall and 2 wires that come from the fixture to the ballast, all bulbs work but im sure it could use new ones. I was going to use it for a 40b that never was set up. Thanks for looking
