Why not. If the store is running 6 Alk and you are running 9 Alk that is big deal
This is the only store that I know of in my area that sells coral Frags. Otherwise I have no other place to get corals for my tank. This store doesn’t give people parameters. It’s just a all sales are final store

Deep breath, the coral is just getting used to it’s new home. I would go ahead and check tank parameters and if they are normal then, you can relax and just let the coral adjust. They should be happy in a day or so.
Nitrates are 20.
Alk is 11dkh.
phosphates are 0.45
Calcium is 480.
Ph 8.2
Salinity 1.025

If you dont want to run GFO you cam always use Nopox or phosguard. But i run GFO and never had an issue.

My acans have grown at an amazing rate, not so much the hammers. I had issues with zoas growing but it was my fault because i always kept the water too clean, now that i cut back to water change every two weeks instead of every week they are taking off. I dont run gfo all the time i use it when the phosphates get high.
